• Legal advice to Polish subsidiaries of a German group operating in the beverage production and related services sector encompassing drafting and negotiating security documents and conditions precedent package in connection with a syndicated facility of more than EUR 370 million; the legal assistance required the coordination of the Polish law aspects of the transaction involving more than 60 entities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Legal advice to Polish subsidiaries of a technology group specialising in automation encompassing drafting and negotiating security documentation and conditions precedent package in connection with a financing of approximately EUR 350 million; the legal assistance required the coordination of the Polish law aspects of the accession of local entities to the facility within a multi-party structure involving numerous lenders.
• Legal advice to a company of a German group operating in the commercial real estate sector encompassing preparing the documentation for the early repayment of a retail park portfolio financing and designing the security release structure in connection with the planned sale of the portfolio.
• Legal advice to a foreign real estate developer operating primarily in the retail sector regarding the financing and refinancing of a real estate portfolio with a total value of approximately EUR 200 million, including supporting the client in negotiations with a bank and its advisors, as well as regarding the security documentation and drawdown conditions.
• Legal advice to a company operating in the entertainment and leisure sector including preparing the financing documentation for a tourist and exhibition attraction, designing the security structure and providing legal support for the delivery of the project at one of Poland’s most prominent properties.
