JDP advised Greenpack Group – European leading company providing services within large scale transport and packaging of tomatoes – in complex establishment of its legal and tax presence in Poland.
JDP’s assistance covered: (i) establishment of Polish legal entities and implementing a corporate governance structure followed by (ii) advisory on regulatory law aspects aimed at meeting statutory requirements with Polish environmental and food law and completing registrations with local environmental and food authorities, (iii) employment law advisory relating to conclusion of employment contracts and agreements with temporary employment agencies, (iv) advisory on concluding real estate lease contracts secured by financial securities and (v) transport law. Each of the above aspects was additionally secured from Polish tax perspective.
The entire process was initiated in Q4 of 2019 and was carried out continuously by JDP’s legal team led by Marcin Chomiuk, PhD (Partner) which consisted of Marcin Lewiński (Advocate), Barbara Kaczała (Attorney-at-law), Krzysztof Bąk (Attorney-at-law), Magdalena Bartnik (Associate) and Adam Usiądek (Associate).
