We are pleased to announce that JDP has been rendering comprehensive legal advice to the consortium of ELFEKO S.A., ELTEL NETWORKS ENERGETYKA S.A. and SPIE Elbud Gdańsk S.A. with respect to preparing and handling a request for valorising the remuneration stipulated under a contract for the construction of one of the main power lines in Poland with Polskie Sieci Elektroenergetyczne S.A. (contracting authority). The request seeks to valorise the remuneration to reflect the actual increase in prices of materials and performance costs that has occurred since the contract conclusion until the present. We are also preparing valorisation requests for two other contracts performed for PSE.
