JDP advised with regard to Polish assets in a transaction where EQT Infrastructure III fund (“EQT”) sold their stakes in GETEC Group to the Infrastructure Investment Fund (“IIF”), an investment vehicle advised by J.P. Morgan Investment Management.
EQT, a purpose-driven global investment organisation, has more than €70 billion in assets under management across 27 active funds. GETEC offers sustainable energy solutions to industrial and real estate companies. It operates more than 11,500 energy generation assets across nine European countries with more than 5.2 GWth cumulative installed capacity and over 2,200 employees.
JDP conducted a vendor due diligence on the Polish GETEC companies with special focus on corporate, commercial and energy law.
