- drafting regulations for consumer sale for an online shop and holding a training session for employees on new rules of liability for products towards consumers for a leading entity from the construction materials sector;
- representation of a client accused of practices violating the collective interests of consumers by using a pyramid scheme promotional system in proceedings before the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office;
- representation of a client accused of practices violating the collective interests of consumers by using the so-called Argentine consortium system in proceedings before the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office;
- legal advice to an entity from the direct sales sector on implementing the Omnibus directive;
- obtaining the consent to concentration from the President of the Competition and Consumer Protection Office for a leading entity from the construction materials sector;
- devising comprehensive contract solutions regarding implementation of a portal for partners of an international bank, assistance in negotiations;
- devising comprehensive legal solutions for designing and licensing a railway passenger information system, assistance in negotiating contracts;
- devising privacy policies for websites and cookies policies for a group of companies from the advertising industry;
- devising a confidentiality policy and NDAs for a technological startup;
- successful representation of a textbook publisher in a case regarding unfair competition concerning unauthorised comparative advertising.
