Advocate in the Transaction and Contract Counselling Team, head of the Employment Practice. She advises employers on individual and collective labour law issues, day-to-day employee matters and crisis situations; she develops effective remuneration and incentive systems, participates in complex procedures of employment restructuring and layoffs, and advises in connection with transferring the entire or part of a work establishment. She also represents employers in the proceedings before employment tribunals, if a settlement is not possible. She is an author of a number of scientific publications on civil law and popular science publications in the field of labour law.
