Environmental Social Governance (ESG)

Attorney-at-law in the Transaction and Contract Counselling Team, head of the Employment Practice. She advises employers on individual and collective labour law issues, day-to-day employee matters and crisis situations; she develops effective remuneration and incentive systems, participates in complex procedures of employment restructuring and layoffs, and advises in connection with transferring the entire or part of a work establishment. She also represents employers in the proceedings before employment tribunals, if a settlement is not possible. She is an author of a number of scientific publications on civil law and popular science publications in the field of labour law.


Academic activity

  • since 2020 lecturer in the Warsaw Bar Association on labour and civil law, advocate trainees programme
  • 2015 Doctor of Juridical Science; she wrote her thesis under the supervision of Prof. Dr Hab. Krzysztof Pietrzykowski, entitled “Judicial sex change” at the Institute of Civil Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Warsaw
