JARA DRAPAŁA & PARTNERS (JD&P) provided legal advice to Eiffage – the general contractor of the shopping gallery Posnania in Poznań – on one of the largest trade investments in Central Europe in 2016. The opening of the shopping gallery took place on October 19th, 2016. The value of the construction investment amounts to approx. EUR 140 million. The total value of the project amounts to approx. EUR 300 million.
The recently opened shopping center Posnania is one of the largest shopping objects in the voivodship Wielkopolska. The 100.000 sq m hold 220 boutiques, 40 cafés and restaurants, 40 medium and large-scale shops, a multiplex, a billiard club, a bowling club, a fitness club with a swimming pool and children’s playgrounds.
