JDP team from the Corporate Law Practice advised Scope Fluidics SA on issuing warrants entitling to subscribe for new shares.
Warrants were offered to one of the management board members as part of an incentive programme introduced in connection with an M&A process. The legal assistance also included warrants dematerialisation in cooperation with brokerage house Dom Maklerski BOŚ SA. Tight deadlines for issuing warrants and other time limits that the company had to stick to required flexible and swift actions going beyond the scope of that kind of operations.
