JDP negotiated further significant increases for a client from the energy industry

JDP lawyers have once again successfully negotiated significant remuneration increases for the client – an equipment supplier in the energy industry.

This time, the annex to the contract amounts to over PLN 1 million net. This is another success of the JDP Litigation and Arbitration Team, which last year negotiated two indexation annexes for the same client, with a total net value of almost PLN 3 million.

Currently, talks are underway on further annexes to increase the client’s remuneration.
