The JDP Contract Counselling Team has advised Best Secret Poland sp. z o.o. in the process of concluding four sale-and-leaseback agreements with Deutsche Leasing Polska S.A. The total value of the agreements renders this transaction one of the largest in the history of Deutsche Leasing’s operations in Poland.
The subject of the leases are modern storage and sorting systems in our Client’s high-bay warehouse located in Sulechów (lubuskie voivodship, Western Poland). The high-tech systems create a multi-tier logistics centre allowing for maximum utilisation of warehouse space and increased operational efficiency.
JDP’s support consisted of a comprehensive approach and included participation in the process of negotiating and drafting leasing agreements and accompanying contractual documentation, as well as the preparation of collateral documents.
