JDP advised a market-leading provider of services and solutions for the financial, telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors on the acquisition of assets related to an e-vignette sales business.
The JDP team supported the client throughout the transaction, including structuring the acquisition as an asset deal, preparing and negotiating comprehensive transaction documentation through signing, and advising on matters related to securing further product development within the company.
