JDP advised Sanorice Group on the formation of legal documentation and assisted it as an investor in a competitive tender process and negotiations of a general contractor agreement and ancillary legal documentation regarding the construction of the Group’s new production plant in Nowa Sól, Poland.
SanoRice is a Dutch family-owned business deemed to be the world’s largest private label producer of rice, corn and multi-grain cakes. The Group currently operates three facilities in Veenendaal (The Netherlands), Zottegem (Belgium) and Borgo Vercelli (Italy) and ships its products to the major A-brands retailers and distributors in more than 40 countries.
The production plant in Nowa Sól will be delivered by Depenbrock Polska, one of the leading industrial general contractors in Poland.
