In the first quarter of 2021, JDP advised on collective redundancies in a large company from the technical maintenance industry.
JDP’s support included preparing a comprehensive documentation, and advice at all stages of laying off over 200 employees, including preparing a lay-off timetable, determining selection criteria, concluding an agreement with company trade union organisations, preparing a voluntary redundancy programme, and unilaterally or bilaterally terminating employment contracts.
The client was represented by JDP Employment Practice team headed by attorney-at-law Joanna Ostojska-Kołodziej, counsel, assisted by attorney-at-law Magdalena Bartnik, associate.
