JDP advised a German investment fund Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate on commercialising the office building Sagittarius Business House, and assisted it in negotiating a lease agreement with Rise.pl, a Polish operator of flexible spaces for rent. The lessee was supported by Knight Frank.

Sagittarius Business House is an A class building located in a business district in Wrocław, with around 25,000 sq.m. of an office and commercial area. New serviced offices and coworking spaces will cover around 2,200 sq.m.
