Recently, we assisted Apleona, (a European market leader in integrated facility management with over 700 employees in Poland) in the successful acquisition of FM Solutions (the dominant provider of technical maintenance, repairs and installation services across key southern regions of Poland (Kraków, Katowice, Wrocław)). The acquisition is expected to accelerate Apleona’s organic growth in Poland and expand its local and international client base.
The Transaction was led by Marcin Chomiuk, PhD and Marcin Lewiński who were supported by Magdalena Bartnik and Paulina Kucharska. Maciej Chrzan, Daria Gromotka and Adam Usiądek were responsible for the antitrust part of the transaction, Joanna Ostojska-Kołodziej, PhD and Magdalena Bartnik for employment law advisory, while Magdalena Zasiewska was responsible for tax aspects.
