JDP advised MAGNA Group on reorganising its Polish aluminium casting companies. Our advice included devising a comprehensive plan for the reorganisation and implementing it. Thanks to our smooth implementation of the entire process the production could be continued without any interruption, and the changes took effect in time convenient for the group from the accounting and financial perspective.
