Brexit undoubtedly has had an impact on how cross-border disputes with a European component are resolved. It has affected the rules on the law applicable to disputes and which courts will have jurisdiction over them. It has also affected the cross-border recognition and enforcement of judgments.

JDP acts as organiser for ‘One year after – Brexit’s impact for dispute resolution’ level event hosted by the British Embassy in Warsaw.
