JDP advised Bilfinger SE on the asset-deal acquisition by Bilfinger Industrial Services Polska sp. z o.o. of an enterprise of a company specialising in maintenance services in the industrial sector. The support included structuring the transaction and providing comprehensive legal and tax advice with particular focus on employment and public procurement aspects.
