JDP law firm advised 4PL Central Station Group on comprehensive negotiations and implementation of a Swiss-Polish joint venture structure from high-tech logistics sector, involving 4PL Logistics Management AG and a Polish limited liability company.

The transaction included a transfer of an enterprise with particular focus on IP rights attached to the IT software, establishment of mutual financial securities, as well as creation of a complex corporate governance structure of the new company.
