JDP advised a market-leading wholesale fibre-optic operator, part of an international capital group, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in a company engaged in the development of telecommunications infrastructure.
JDP provided comprehensive legal and tax advisory services throughout all stages of the transaction. The scope of work included, in particular:
- preparation of a feasibility study encompassing legal and tax analyses of alternative transaction structures,
- conducting a legal and tax due diligence of the target company, and
- full legal support in connection with the negotiation, execution and closing of the transaction.
