JDP advised BestSecret, a leading European members-only online destination for off-price fashion, as a tenant in negotiating a lease agreement for a new warehouse and office building of approximately 88,000 square meters along with an extension option for around 42,000 square meters. With this project BestSecret increases the size of its fulfilment centre network to further support its dynamic business growth.
The warehouse is to be delivered by Panattoni, the leading warehouse developer in Poland, in a built-to-suit formula and leased to our client for long-term.
Our involvement covered, in particular, preparation of the lease agreement, the related security instruments and other ancillary documentation.

We also supported the client in corporate aspects such as choosing the best form of business and setting up the company in Poland.
