Sanok Rubber Company S.A. successfully closed the acquisition of a majority share package in BSP Bracket System Polska sp. z o.o.
Sanok Rubber Company is the European leader in the production of rubber products, rubber-metal products and combinations of rubber with other plastics. BSP Bracket System Polska renders an entire range of services related to ventilated facades and clamping technology. By making BSP Bracket System Polska part of the group, Sanok Rubber Company is pursuing a strategy of transformation towards the supply of system solutions and achieving a higher level of product diversification.
As the transaction was multithreaded, Sanok Rubber Company S.A. was advised by several JDP teams, including: M&A, Corporate and Commercial team led by Marcin Chomiuk (Partner, Head of M&A, Corporate and Commercial), who was supported by Magdalena Bartnik (Senior Associate) and Martyna Kwiatek (Associate), and Tax team led by Michał Jagielski (Co-Head of Tax), supported by Tomasz Głozowski (Associate).
