Associate in the Transaction and Contract Counselling Team. Before joining JDP, she worked in a Polish branch of a European law firm chain. Her experience includes, among other things, M&A transactions and financing of assets (e.g. leasing of shopping centres and warehouse facilities) and real estate, including due diligences. She also supports clients in corporate matters by providing day-to-day legal assistance to companies.

- acquisition of 50 per cent + 1 share in a company operating in the food production sector (bio food/vege) as part of the issue of subscription warrants and convertible bonds
- recapitalisation by purchase of a minority stake in a company developing comprehensive gas extraction technologies
