Associate in the Transaction and Contract Counselling Team. She specialises in M&A transactions, and corporate, commercial and contractual law. She advises, in particular, German-speaking clients. She has supported clients in restructuring of corporate groups belonging to international holdings. She advises entities from the production and automotive sectors on drafting general terms and conditions of agreements as well as delivery agreements.

- day-to-day legal advice to a German automotive concern with respect to corporate and contract law and court disputes;
- legal advice to one of the largest shale gas extraction companies in Poland;
- day-to-day corporate advice to a German investment fund on the expansion of its operations in Poland;
- day-to-day legal advice to a Canadian automotive concern with respect to corporate matters and contract law;
- participation in restructuring of corporate groups belonging to international holdings operating in Poland, including participation in the sale of enterprises, their organised parts or assets.
