She has extensive experience in handling disputes between shopping centres and lessees, especially those based on the rebus sic stantibus clause. Her experience also includes rendering legal services to creditors in bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings regarding their contractors. She provides day-to-day legal advice on court proceedings as well as infrastructure and construction projects.
