Attorney-at-law in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in complex court disputes, including in particular infrastructure disputes (with some claims exceeding PLN 250 million). Her experience includes legal advice to leading, entities (mainly international companies) from the construction and infrastructure sectors especially regarding the performance and settlement of construction works, including based on FIDIC standards, withdrawal from construction contracts, post-withdrawal payments for works, contractual penalties for delay and payments for additional works. She also advises entities from the industrial sector.
