Ewelina Kęciek

Senior associate, attorney-at-law in Data Protection and Compliance Team. She has experience in implementing requirements of the GDPR and conducting audits to assess compliance with personal data protection regulations. She participates in inspections and administrative proceedings conducted by the Polish President of the Office for Personal Data Protection and in proceedings before administrative courts. She is a member of the Polish Association of Data Protection Practitioners. She advises entrepreneurs active in various market sectors – she has worked, among others, for clients in the media, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and financial sectors. She was named in the Legal 500 (Legalease) EMEA Poland 2023 as a ‘key lawyer’ in the field of Data Privacy and Data Protection.
