Associate in the Litigation and Arbitration Team, the Infrastructure Team. She specialises in litigation before common courts, concerning in particular infrastructure disputes, including those based on FIDIC standards and regarding contractual penalties for construction contract withdrawal and remuneration for additional and substitute works, claims for time for completion extension, performance bond claims, and subcontractors’ claims. She provides legal advice to companies from the construction and infrastructure sectors.
